Say You Want to Eat My Soba Again?

Say You Want to Eat My Soba Again? Welcome to My Show — The Soba Story  Years after first travelling to California and Japan, I’m bringing my life as a soba maker and musician together in song.  Through memories and footage of making soba, this video shares a craft that shaped my hands, my palate, and my life. The learning continues—and so does the music.  James Udesky Author of "The Book of Soba" James Udesky Music  #Soba #JamesUdesky #TheSobaStory
